These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at www.edaiya.com (the “Website”) and our mobile application (the “App”), both operated by Edaiya Enterprises (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or App.

1. Services:

We provide a service that delivers pre-portioned cooking kits containing ingredients and recipes for specific dishes (“Kits”) to customers in Chennai, India, on a scheduled delivery basis.

2. Ordering and Delivery:

  • Ordering:You can place orders for Kits through the Website or App. You must create an account to place an order.
  • Delivery Area: We currently deliver only within Chennai, India. Please check our delivery area pin code list on the Website/App for specific coverage.
  • Delivery Schedule:You can select your preferred delivery date and time slot during the ordering process. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the chosen slot, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.
  • Delivery Address:You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by you.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Upon delivery, you (or someone authorized by you) may be required to acknowledge receipt of the Kit.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. We may reschedule the delivery or, in some cases, the Kit may be
    returned to us, and you may be charged for the cost of the Kit. Our policy on missed deliveries will be detailed on the website/app.
  • Changes to Orders:Any changes to your order (including delivery address or schedule) must be made 1 hour(s) before the scheduled delivery time.

3. Pricing and Payment:

  • Pricing:The price of each Kit will be displayed on the Website and App. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Payment: You can pay for your orders using the payment methods available on the Website and App.
  • Payment Processing:We use PhonePe Payment Gateway to process payments.
  • Packing and delivery charges: Applicable packing and delivery charges will be added to your order.
  • Taxes:Applicable taxes will be added to your order total.

4. Kit Contents and Allergies:

  • Ingredients:We strive to provide accurate information about the ingredients included in our Kits. However, it is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before consuming the Kit, especially if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Allergies: We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from the consumption of our Kits. Please contact us if you have any questions about the ingredients.
  • Recipe Accuracy:We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our recipes. However, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the recipes.

5. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations:You can cancel your order 1 hour(s) before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds : Refunds will be issued for cancelled orders that meet our cancellation policy. Refunds may also be issued for damaged or spoiled Kits, subject to our investigation. Contact us within 15 minutes of delivery if you have any issues with your Kit.

6. User Accounts:

  • Account Creation:You must create an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Account Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content on the Website and App, including text, graphics, logos, and recipes, is the property of Edaiya Enterprises and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties:

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Website, App, or our Kits. We do not warrant that the Website or App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability:

We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website, App, or our Kits, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Chennai.

12. Customer Reviews:
