1. Perishable Nature of Products:

Our cooking kits contain perishable ingredients. Due to the nature of these products, we
generally do not accept returns. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction, and we will consider refunds or replacements under specific circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Circumstances for Refund or Replacement:

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Damaged or Spoiled Ingredients: If your kit arrives with damaged or spoiled ingredients, That damange product will be replaced If the following criteria is met. please contact us within 15 minutes of delivery. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or spoilage.
  • Missing Ingredients: If your kit is missing a key ingredient listed in the recipe, please contact us within 15 minutes of delivery.
  • Incorrect Kit: If you receive the wrong kit, please contact us within 15 minutes of delivery. Do not open or use the ingredients.
  • Quality Issues: If you believe the quality of the ingredients is significantly below our standards, please contact us within 15 minutes of delivery. Provide photographic evidence if possible.

3. Exclusions:

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Changes of Mind: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for changes of mind after the order has been placed or delivered.
  • Incorrect Storage: We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage of the ingredients after delivery. Please follow the storage instructions provided for each product on the Website/Mobile Application.
  • Allergic Reactions: We are not responsible for allergic reactions to the ingredients in our kits. It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list before consuming the kit, especially if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please contact us if you have any questions about the ingredients.
  • Missed Deliveries (where you are at fault): If a delivery is missed due to you providing an incorrect address or not being available to receive the delivery, and the kit spoils, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement.
  • Minor Variations: Minor variations in the size, shape, or colour of ingredients compared to the photos on the website/mobile app are not grounds for a refund.

4. Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund into credited within 2-3 business days using the original payment method.

5. Replacement Process:

If you are eligible for a replacement, we will arrange for the delivery of a replacement kit as soon as possible, subject to availability.

The replacement will be done within 1-3 hours.
